Another Monday of Rambling

Another day of trying to find something to write about to continue my quest to post everyday and hit the 1,000 post mark.  Egad, this can be a challenging task I can tell you.  Today may just have to be a ramble so hang on for the ride.

My favorite guilty pleasure television show as of late is Supernatural.  Not only am I a fan of that kind of stuff but the eye candy is AWESOME...Dean and Sam...

Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles
See just how yummy they are...whew, I need a fan please.

The reruns are on for two hours each morning, Monday through Friday and the new stuff is Friday night.  I'm new to it and am quite happy I have found it.

This past weekend was just a work of natures art.  The weather was perfect and the colors of fall are beginning.  I'm kind of sad though as the colors are not going to be quite as spectacular due to the lack of rain.  Hopefully, this next weekend, with rain in the forecast will help that along.  We slept with the windows open over our bed and the chill in the air made sleeping just marvelous.  It was great!

This week I will hopefully finish the horses painting just in time for the TCC show in November.  In my home studio I've finished the fishing creel and the fainting couch corner for it too.  Moving my art stuff to the office has worked out nicely although I do miss the natural light to paint by but hey, I get to paint.  It is so fulfilling for me to totally immerse myself in the paints and the brush strokes.  Sometimes I'm just not in the mood and other times the clock just flies by and I don't realize it.

Got my flu shot on Friday, October 15.  That is usually when I try to get it.  I've gotten a flu shot ever since mother was alive and so ill.  We really couldn't be around her without it.  Her health was so precarious but I continue as should everyone.  Now I worry about my Daddy but he got his and the pneumonia shot.  I had that a couple of years ago and they are only every 5 years.

Guess, I'll end this ramble stuff and paint or draw bit.  Later all.

I had my flu shot about a week or two ago. The weather has been nice but we still need rain.

I got my flu shot about a month ago. Seemed a little early but we already had cases of the flu in our community.

Hubba hubba! I've never seen either one of these photos of "the boys". I caught on to the show last year and have been hooked ever since! Oh yeah, they can act pretty well too!
