Tuscany

Tuscany, yes Tuscany.  I have never really had a desire to visit Italy, until, I saw the movie Under The Tuscan Sun.  Oh my gosh that movie is my absolutely favorite movie (besides The Goonies!)

That movie made me want to run away.  No, my life is not a runaway life, it's actually wonderful but that place, I wanted to go!  The beauty and colors just intrigue me.

Someday we may travel there.  Then I will have LOTS of things to paint!

The idea for this blog post is from the lovely from Castles Crowns and Cottages blog.

Jill, having been there, I can tell you that you will want to return after you have experienced it. There is a wonderful ambiance in the area, and you are drawn to it. Maybe it's the wine? Seriously, the antiquity and the people are the draw.

I have GOT to see this movie now! Karla, thank you for participating and this is the fifth post I've seen that has promoted Tuscany; though I've always been curious about it, I think I should at least see the movie (I also need to read the book by Frances Mayes, a great author!)

That was fun. Enjoy visiting others and thanks again! Anita
