You have been through so much- that year you described - I really admire your strength.<br /><br />All you are doing now sounds like a great plan...it will work to lose some more. The exercise is soo good for the mind/mood but what I'm learning it is really cutting out the processed foods that works best for me to drop pounds. I heard dropping the diet soda (love how you say pop- we don't say that here but should!) helps. You have already accomplished much and so you are just going to continue the progress you have made.<br />I try and stay active but I've had a small but steady weight growth for years. I've changed a bunch of my habits. I don't snack between meals any more, I have cut out lots of fat (Thanks Sweetie!) and run more than I everhave.<br /><br />I love to eat.
