The Scale Said "WHAT"!

Last night I weighed in and was a bit worried after a weekend of lots and lots of wine.  My fear was well founded as the scale went up 2 tenths of a pound.  Drat!  Only my 2nd week of weighing in and I'm up!  I decided that I needed to knuckle down a bit more and bought a food scale.  This morning I found my measuring cups and started planning out the day.  While at workout there are always bananas to eat and I really don't like them, but I decided that a smoothie might be in order.  Remembering that I had frozen raspberries and a banana might work.  Vitamins, smoothie, poached egg on white toast and I was in business, must not forget the Smart Water.  One meal down, twenty more to go until the next weigh in.  Brrrrr, smoothie!

2/10ths of a pound? I gained a WHOLE pound in the shower last week, no joke! I don't pay any attention to the individual number so much as the series of numbers over the course of a week or so. But 2/10ths? I gain that from just dust settling on me over the course of an evening watching TV! LOL

Hang in there, it'll be gone today and remember we'd still welcome you to the new group!

I don't think two tenths of a pound is anything to worry about. I lose and gain a pound or two everyday. I always weigh less in the morning. Exercise and portion control are the rules of the day, I'm afraid and I hate to exercise. Sigh.

Weight, weight, go away. Don't come back another day.

And stay away from comfort food when the snow arrives. ;)

Hang in there. Just keep doing the things you need to do and the weight will come off. And, what' life without a little wine?
