Giveaway...too good to pass.

CONTEST CLOSED!

Do you have a baby on the way or a grandbaby to swaddle or just need that perfect baby gift, well, I have the perfect giveaway for you. Yes, I said you. While serving jury duty I spent the down time crocheting this beautiful handmade spring yellow with hints of blue and pink baby blanket. You have a chance to win this cute soft blankie for that little one. I will keep the entry time open until Sunday evening (Easter), that would be April 12, 7pm. I probably will do the drawing, literally a drawing by The Hubby. I am new to the giveaway game and not sure I can figure out the Random Integer thingy so I will take the easy way out and print out the names and have The Hubby draw so be sure to put your email address so I can contact the winner. Please PASS this giveaway on and on and on for the wonderful handmade baby blanket.

The rules...Comment and leave an email address, very simple, oh, and pass it on, pass it on, pass it on. Ends April 12, 7 pm. I will ship ANYWHERE!

Will you ship to Tulsa? Because that's beautiful, and I know several people who are having babies.

So very pretty. I really need to try my hand at that again. It's been years. I would love to enter the drawing. Thank you!

That is a beautiful blanket. It looks just like one my gramma made for me before I was born :) I still have it some 35 years later...nothing beats homemade! I wish I could crochet, knit, sew...anything!

Beautiful blanket! I found your site from the pioneer woman site. I look forward to reading some more. :)

I saw your comment on PW.

I'm pregnant with #3 now. I got a beautiful hand crocheted blanket off Craigslist for $8 when I was pregnant with #2. (I know! $8 won't pay for the yarn!) Anyway, #1 claimed the blanket I got for #2, so now I need one for #2, and then I'll need to find another one for #3. I need to quit having kids for a while so I can catch up :)

I still have the pink afghan my grandma made for me when I was born. It's adult-sized, though. And very, very pink :)

Oh that's lovely! How hard is it to crochet? I remember crocheting with my Grandmother when I was little, but have since forgotten how. Sad.

A good friend of mine is having her first baby and is due May 1! A little girl they will name Evelyn. She'd love this!

Thank you for the BEAUTIFUL and generous giveaway. My little sister is about to have her first baby, YAY another baby for me to love and snuggle. I'd give it to her if I won.

I joined as a follower, I know there is not entry for that but, I'd like to watch your blog!

I have a very dear friend who is having her first baby (while I, on the other hand, have produced 4 contributions to the human race a long time ago.) There is nothing better for a new one then a warm, snuggly blanket, especially one that has been made by a Mom. Every stitch in a handmade blanket is filled with love and dedication, and I believe that those feelings are passed on to the babe that finds comfort in it. Very nice work, Jill. And so very nice of you to offer to give it to a new member of Planet Earth.
